make easy pudsing
Material - material:
1 canned fruit, open and patch syrup
1 1/2 packet of agar-agar powder. Color can be customized to taste
100 gr granulated sugar
750 ml of water and includes syrup from canned fruit
4 eggs egg whites
100 ml orange syrup
Fluid FLA:
500 ml of liquid milk
100 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs yolks
2 tablespoons cornstarch. Previously dissolved in a little water first
2 tbsp vanilla rhum. (optional, adjust to taste)
HOW TO:
Mix the gelatin, sugar, and water and then Bring to a boil and color glow.
Beat the egg whites until stiff provided.

Cool way put in refrigerator.

Boil milk and sugar

Pour everything into the milk mixture and stir well.
Remove and cool. Vanilla can be added after.
